What I did yesterday: The Lion King

So I went to see The Lion King at the millenium centre in Cardiff yesterday, which was amazing! And I thought I would show you some of the pictures I took:

This is the theatre! It says 'in these stones horizons sing' 

This was a really cool chocolate shop we looked round because we had some time before the show started :)

This is the inside of the building before you go into the theatre, it looks really cool I like the wood :) 

They had some Christmas market type stall thingys in the entrance.

This is what the inside of the theatre look like, we were sat really high up and had a good view. It looks bigger in real life and btw I don't know who that man is so sorry to him for putting the back of his head online :) 

Decorations have been put up and it looks so pretty!

Then we went to pizza express and I had risotto! 

It was such a good day! The Lion King is amazing the costumes were so cool!

Christmas!!!

Soooo... Christmas is just around the corner! No matter how many people say to me "it's ages away!" I still believe that it is nearly here!!! You can probably already tell, I LOVE Christmas ❤️ and for those who are thinking it, I don't love it because of the presents! I love it because the family is together and it's just a really happy time of year. I love Christmas songs and trees and decorations and advent calendars and Christmas food!!! And maybe a tiny bit about the presents ;)

I was just wondering what kind of posts do you guys want to see around Christmas time? If you could comment or tweet (@livelovedream10) me some suggestions that would be amaaaaazzing! Just give me some really festive, Christmassy post ideas, it would mean a lot and of course I will give you credit! Also just posts in general! Yummy peppermint hot chocolate recipe!

Today I wanted to share with u all my homemade peppermint hot chocolate recipe, I always start to make it this time each year :) 

Ingrediants:

• Cocoa Powder

• Sugar

• Milk

• Peppermint Extract

Method:

It is really easy so I don't really know why I'm telling you guys this but I thought I would be a nice, autumn/festive post :)

So first you need to get your cocoa powder and put about 1-2 teaspoons in a mug of your choice, then you mix in enough sugar to sweeten the cocoa! 

Next put in a few drops of peppermint extract, not too much (you can always add some more after!) now you need to add a little bit of milk and stir it lots with a fork, spoon or mini whisk like me :)

After it is all combined add more milk until the mug is just over 3/4 filled then put it into the mircrowave for 1-2 minutes! After it comes out of the microwave just add a bit more milk and top with cream and marshmallows or whatever you fancy (I don't like cream!) 

And there you go! Enjoy!

40 Random Beauty Questions

Here are the questions:

SKINCARE
-How many times do you wash your face daily? Once, in the evening with face wash, but I do just splash water on it in the morning.
-What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo) Normally dry, sometimes combo but it changes!
-What is your current facial wash? I have two at the moment, Clean and Clear gentle foaming wash and Clearasil cleansing Gel. 
-Do you exfoliate? Only occasionally but not very much as I'm young and don't really need to!
-What brand do you use? Lots of different brands! 
-What moisturizer do you use? Simple cleansing lotion.
-Do you have freckles? Yes but not that many.
-Do you use eye cream? No

-Do you or did you have acne prone skin? Yes :(
-Did you ever have to use Pro-activ? No I use something prescribed by the Doctor.

MAKE-UP
-What foundation do you use? I don't really use foundation but the one I have is, Rimmel London stay matte foundation!
-How about concealer? I have run out but I want to get the collection correction concealer! Or the maybelline one.
-Do you know your undertone color? No
-What do you think of fake eyelashes? Well I don't use them at the moment but I think it's a good idea (eyedea) ;) 
-Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months? No and oops!
-What brand of mascara do you use? Royal lashed out and primark :') Ohh and miss sporty.
-Sephora or MAC? We don't have sephora in England! 
-Do you have a MAC Pro-card? No
-What makeup tools do you use in make up application? Brushes and my fingers!
-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes? No.
-For the face? Sometimes
-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)? I don't have one particular eyeshadows but I like more neutral colours like light Browns, creams and greys :)
-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner? Both, but more often pencil!
-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?  About once a week :')
-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows? They're alright.
-Do you use mineral makeup? Not as far as I know of!!
-What is your favorite lipstick? My homemade one, I have done a post on it :) (self-promo)
-How about lipgloss? This random one a friend got me!
-What is your favorite blush to use? I don't really tend to use blush. 
-Do you buy your makeup on ebay? No but my aunty does!!
-Do you like drugstore makeup? Yes that is the only makeup I can afford :') 
-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets) No idea what it is, so I'm guessing no!
-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes? No not really 
-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup? Not really, sometimes though!
-Name a makeup crime that you hate? When foundation hasn't been properly blended!! 
-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones? Bright lipstick, neutral eyeshadow.
-Which celebrity always has great make up? Hmm that's hard, Cheryl Cole or Vanessa  Hudgens or Emma Watson!
-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use? Mascara I feel like it looks alright on its own whereas other things don't! 
-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on? Yeh I do all the time :) at weekends or on holidays or if I can't be bothered to put any on!
-Do you think you look good even without any makeup on? No hahaha!
-In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line? Thats hard because I use so many different makeup lines! 
-What do you think of Makeup? I like it because I find it fun to put on but I try not to over do it because I don't want to ruin my skin! I tend not to wear face makeup, more eye makeup and lipstick :)

How to make a quote for your wall!

Today I wanted to teach you guys how to make a quote for your wall. 

What you need: 

• Scissors    

• A magazine of your choice

• A marker 

• A wall :) 

• Tape or something that else that can stick to walls

• How to do:

• The first thing you need to do is choose your quote, choose something that you know you won't get bored of and maybe that means something to you! I chose: "Dance like no one is watching"

• Then I wrote mine out, so I could cross each letter of as I did it.

• Next you kind of need to come up with a layout according to the size and shape of the space you have on your wall! For example you could do some words bigger or smaller or a different font, you can change the position of the words, they don't all have to be in one straight line! 

• Now that you have done all that it is time to get started, get your marker and magazine and choose a page in it, carefully draw your letter onto the page and then rip out the page and cut the letter out. Just repeat this step until you have got all your letters! 

*Use each letter as a kind of template thing for the next one, just so you get the size right, also you might want to use specific pages in a magazine, especially if you are going for some sort of theme!* 

• Once you have all your letters cut out then it is time to just mess about with the layout and place you are going to put them, you might even want to move some other things around the room to make it look better! 

• Next you can begin to stick the letters up on the wall, be very careful as I ripped some of them a tiny bit in the process, also make sure the gap in between each letter is similar so it looks better! 

• You are done! Here's what mine looks like: 

It looks a bit lopsided in the photo but don't worry it looks better in real life!

Sweater Weather Tag!

1. Favourite autumn candle scent

Cinnamon, or anything spicy or things like pine or cosy things :)

2. Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate
Hot chocolate definitely! When there's an option on flavoured things I always choose chocolate! It's my favourite thing!

3. What's the best fall memory? 

In my town on the 5th of November we have a bonfire night with fireworks and you can buy hot dogs and burgers and sparklers and watch the fireworks! That's my favourite memory.

4. Which makeup trend do you prefer: dark lips or winged eyeliner? 

Both I guess depends on the colour of the lips though

5. Best fragrance for fall?

I don't have a particular perfume for autumn. 

6. Favorite Thanksgiving food? 

In England we don't celebrate thanksgiving, but in autumn I just like a nice warm home cooked meal!

7. What is autumn weather like where you live?

Very cold and rainy! :( when it's not rainy though, it is very pretty! 

8. Most worn sweater? 
My cream over sized knitted one from New Look!

9. Must-have nail polish this season?

Any purple or dark reds.

10. Football games or jumping in leaf piles?
Jumping in leaf piles, definitely!

Skinny jeans, I feel too self conscious in leggings

Any TV show! Hmm I like gogglebox, hollyoaks, X factor, The apprentice and Made In Chelsea.

Homemade Mug Brownie!

I have already told you my recipe for my most delicious homemade brownies, but today I wanted to teach you how to make a mug brownie because this is something you can do when u want a chocolatey snack and it only takes about 5 mins! 

What you need: 

• Self raising flour

• Cocoa powder

• Sugar

• Water

• Vegetable oil 

• Spoon or mini whisk

• Microwave 

• Mug (of course) 

Method: 

To be honest there not much of a method you basically just plonk all those ingredients into a mug! But here's how I do it. 

1. Put about 1 tbsp or 3tsp of cocoa powder in a mug (it kind of depends on the size of the mug) 

2. Put enough sugar to sweeten the cocoa powder to your liking! 

3. Add about 1-2 tbsp of self raising flour and mix it all together

4. Add 2-4 tsp of water and 1-2 tsp of vegetable oil (only use vegetable oil because oil like almond and olive are to strong and make it taste disgusting- I know, I've tried it!) if you don't have any veg oil just add more water! 

5. Whisk/stir it all together until fully combined and then pop in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, it is best when it's still a little gooey!

Top 10 books!

Hey guys, today I decided to share with you, the 10 best books I have ever read! These are not in order by the way! 

• The Hunger Games: This book gripped me from the first page! Like usual the book is better than the film and the first book is better than the other 2! (In my opinion) ;) 

• The Fault In Our Stars: This book is one of the best books I have ever read, it's happy, sad, exciting and interesting all at the same time! There were quite a few plot twists and it kept me engaged the whole time! The story line is also really good! 

• The Harry Potter series! I can't just pick one book, they are all amazing! Harry Potter may not be great "literature" (according to my English teacher) but the plot is pretty good! Keeps u wanting to read more! 

• Divergent: This book is one of the most intense, exciting books I have ever read!  I started to read insurgent and I couldn't finish it because I got bored! That never happens to me because I love to read! 

• The long Weekend: I loved this book because it was a romance and it was happy and sad at the same time! They are my favourite types of books :')

• Yesterday's Sun: This book kept me guessing and you have no idea what is going to happen in the end, It was also very emotional! 

• The Husbands Secret: I literally couldn't put this book down the author wrote and described things so well and it made me want to read more of her books. 

• What Alice Forgot: By the same author as above! I told you it made me want to read more of her books, so I did! It lived up to the expectations, it was pretty good! ;) 

• The Real Katie Lavender: This book made me cry and laugh and feel confused, the plot idea is great and it includes a bit of most genres! It also develops each character which I really like! I wish they would make a film of this book. Though actually I would probably end up thinking the film ruined the book! 

• Summer With My Sister: I really liked the theme of this book, the story line is a really great idea!

Homemade Chocolate Brownies

So chocolate brownies are one of my favourite dessert/snack because I love chocolate... a lot. I have made them quite a lot but they have never been quite right. Recently I decided to google the best chocolate brownie recipe. After a lot of searching I found one that looked pretty good so I tried it out and they were honestly some of the best brownies I have ever tried and I have tried a fair few. I wanted to share this recipe with all of you so you can try it out too :)
Before I start I just want to say that I don't own this recipe I am just passing it on!

Ingredients:

145g of butter 

250g of sugar

65g of cocoa powder 

70g of self-raising flour 

2 large eggs 

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 

1/4 teaspoon of salt 

How to make: 

• Set your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) 

• Line the bottom of a square baking tin with either foil or grease proof paper

• Add approximately two inches of water to a pan and heat until almost simmering

• Put butter, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a heat-safe bowl and place over the heated water

• Occasionally stir the mixture until the butter has all melted and it is dark, smooth and shiny

• Remove the bowl from the heat and add the vanilla 

• Next add the eggs, one at a time stirring after each one

• Then add the flour and stir until blended 

• Spread evenly in tin 

• Bake for 20-25 minutes

• When you think it is ready stick a skewer into the middle of the brownie, if I comes out clean then the brownie is done. If the skewer comes out with mixture on then it needs a few more minutes. 

Then just cut into pieces and enjoy!
